Ticket exchanges are free for subscribers with 48-hour notice and $5 per ticket for single ticket buyers, with 48-hour notice. You may only exchange tickets for the same show on a different date. We must have your original tickets (or proof of their destruction, such as faxed copy of torn tickets) 48 hours prior to the performance to make the exchange. You may mail the tickets, bring them in person, or fax a copy of torn tickets to (607)547-1257. Exchanges are subject to availability and additional charges for higher-priced seats; there are no refunds or exchanges to lower-priced seats. We cannot guarantee that seating will be comparable to the original tickets. One exchange per production, please.
Don’t worry – simply contact the Box Office and replacements will be waiting for you at the door. Lost tickets are re-printed free for subscribers and single ticket buyers.
Refunds or Cancellations
There are no refunds or cancellations. This applies to all ticket purchases, as well as events and picnics.
