$40/$10 youth (12 and younger)
Artist in Residence William Burden stars in this one-act comic opera inspired by the opinions of the Justices themselves. Ginsburg and Scalia must navigate three cosmic trials to win their freedom. The catch? They just might have to agree on the U.S. Constitution. Opinions will be offered. Dissents will be delivered. And justice will be sung. Special Q&A with Justice Ginsburg follows the August 13 performance. Performed with piano by members of the Young Artists Program and Artist in Residence William Burden, Scalia/Ginsburg will be presented in a new, updated version.
This production is generously sponsored by Carol and Joseph Reich.
