Surrounded by rolling hills and lakeside breezes, the Glimmerglass Pavilion is a picturesque destination for weddings and special events.

An intimate family gathering. The anniversary party you’ve been promising yourselves for years. A milestone birthday under the lanterns. The September wedding amidst the first hint of autumn color on the hills. However you’re celebrating, we’d love to host it in our Pavilion.

The Glimmerglass Pavilion features a full-service kitchen, a dedicated bar area, ample on-site parking, and space for up to 200 guests, with semi-flexible layouts for ceremonies, receptions, and everything in between. Soaring ceilings and romantic string lighting creates a setting that feels both rustic and refined. Leave your worries about weather behind. Inside our doors, your celebration will go on without a hitch.

Set on the scenic grounds of our renowned performing arts festival in Cooperstown, NY, the Pavilion offers a lakeside setting surrounded by nature, with views that shift beautifully from summer greenery to vibrant autumn foliage.

Pavilion rentals are open exclusively in September and October. Outside vendors (excluding bar services) are required.

Standard Event Package ($500-$700)

This package is perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, meetings, and other celebrations. This is the base package that offers the following, with an optional add-on for drink service.

  • Catering Kitchen
  • Parking Lot for 100+ Vehicles
  • Set-Up and Breakdown of the Space
  • Use of Stage and A/V Equipment
  • 1 On-Site Coordinator

Drink Service Add-On ($25/hr for bartenders; priced on consumption)

  • Set-Up and Service of Coffee, Soft Drinks, Wine, and Beer

Wedding Package (Starting at $5,000)

Celebrate your dream day in the Pavilion by the lake! This package includes the following:
