New productions originating from Glimmerglass have appeared on stages around the world. Through our production rentals program, opera and theater companies have access to innovative sets, costumes and projected titles by world-renowned designers.
Our production department is currently preparing the set from our 2003 production of Handel’s Orlando to travel to another company for performances in March.
Production is assembling the set onstage to make some adjustments, so that the set fits a slightly smaller stage. The department called on all full-time staff to help move some of the scenery. You can see Director of Production Abby Rodd directing traffic below in this team building exercise.
