In 2024, we explored identity and illusion through four mainstage masterpieces. From the swashbuckling adventures of The Pirates of Penzance, to the mythic magic of La Calisto, to the heart-wrenching drama of Pagliacci and the thrilling intrigue of Elizabeth Cree, this was a summer we won’t soon forget. This season introduced a new initiative, Project Pipeline, offering insight into the creative process. Artist-in-Residence Tara Erraught shone in the title role of Elizabeth Cree, mentored the 2024 Young Artists, and led an enchanting night of music at her Horizons Concert. Our ongoing commitment to community flourished this season with the addition of Lyrics on the Lawn, our Neighbors’ Nights initiative, and the inclusion of youth and local ensemble members in our mainstage offerings.
